Bartolomeo Suppiej, is registered in the Roll of Venice Solicitors, was born in Verona in 1970. He graduated with honours in administrative law, he is a legal advisor since 1998 and he is a lawyer since 2004. He provides judicial, out-of-court and contractual advice to companies and individuals in civil and commercial matters, with particular reference to the protection of rights in litigations and arbitration procedures. He has significant experience in the various fields of civil law, commercial law, real estate and succession law, administrative, labour, bank and taxation law and he is among the experts on executive law accredited to the Court of Venice. He was a founding partner of the Camerino – Suppiej law firm, where he carried out direction and coordination functions. He developed a particular competence in the field of real estate acquisitions and in the generational transfer of goods. He is fluent in English.
Maila Forzutti was born in Venice in 1977. She graduated in administrative law at the University of Padua. She works with the Suppiej Law Firm since 2007, she is member of the Roll of Venice Solicitors since 2011 and she is accredited mediator at the Chamber of Commerce of Venice. She has gained substantial experience in various out-of-court and judicial fields of civil law, providing legal advice and assistance, particularly in family law, medical liability, contracts and executive matters, commercial law, labour and administrative law, with particular reference to the management of the litigation and pre-litigation phases. She is fluent in French.
Natasha Longo was born in Conegliano – Treviso- in 1968. She graduated in law at the University of Parma. She is member of the Roll of Venice Solicitors since 2004, she worked for six years as a legal adviser and assistant in her law firm in Vittorio Veneto (TV), where she has gained experience in the field of property rights, leases and enforcement procedures.
Since 2010, she has collaborated with Camerino – Suppiej Law Firm, then continuing the collaboration with Suppiej Law Firm. She deals with civil law both in-court and out-of-court, providing her assistance before the ordinary courts, and out-of- court, where she has gained experience in negotiations and drafting legal advices.
Elisabetta Alfonso was born in Venice in 1973. She obtained a degree with honours at the University of Ferrara in 2000. The practice of law in the field of criminal law allowed her to delve into the matter, under various aspects, until becoming a skilful expert in the field. She was also a member of the National Lawyers Pool of the Italian Multiple Sclerosis Association, obtaining experience in disability issues and related matters (access to medicines, work, disability, rights’ protection). Since 2018, after three years of training at Asergraf in Padua, she has become a Forensic Graphologist and consequently she also writes expert’s reports on the subject. Recently she has undertaken the study of the dispute resolution method called Collaborative Practice.
